Appointments

How to make an appointment

We are open between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday. The surgery is closed Saturday and Sunday plus all Bank Holidays.

To make an appointment, please telephone 01248 600212 (all calls are recorded) or request a non-urgent appointment or non-urgent call back by e-mailing our practice e-mail address Enquiries.Yrhenorsaf@wales.nhs.uk.

You can also connect with our clinicians by visiting eConsult (available 7am to 4pm Tuesday to Thursday and 7am to 2pm Friday). This method should only be used for routine issues. To use eConsult, click on the link http://yrhenorsaf.webgp.com/

Due to our experience during the COVID-19 pandemic and the high level of demand from patients, we shall not be reintroducing the open surgery.

Patients can request a same day routine GP call-back or face to face appointment, a pre-bookable GP call-back or face to face appointment whereby a Doctor will call you back or see you at an agreed date, or an urgent appointment for any issues requiring same day urgent assistance.

The Doctor will always call you twice. If you are aware that a call has been arranged for you, please ensure that your phone is available for you to receive the call. If the Doctor cannot contact you after two attempts, then you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Please Note: our reception team are working under the instructions of the doctors. You will be asked for a description of your symptoms to help our team in signposting you to the most appropriate clinician. Please be courteous to our staff who are following the protocols and policies of the practice. Please bear in mind that all calls to the practice are recorded and we operate a zero tolerance policy against abusive/aggressive behavioure towards our staff.
