Our Mission Statement
We are committed to providing a high quality of care to all our patients. Please use this website as a guide to the Practice. It provides information on the services, personnel, and how to use the practice. It has information on the quality of standards which we at the Medical Centre set ourselves and how we measure up to these. The Practice always welcomes feedback from the patients. Please either write to, speak to or email the Practice Manager, Mr Gerwyn Jones. If it is a matter which requires urgent attention then please telephone the practice.
Zero Tolerance
The Practice, doctors, nurses and other staff, strive for excellent relationships with patients, this requires mutual tolerance and respect. A policy of zero tolerance is taken towards rudeness, violent or abusive behaviour of any sort used with any member of staff or other users of our services. People on or off the premises who threaten any member of staff will be asked to leave immediately and subsequently may be removed from our patient list. Such individuals would need to contact the Health Board to arrange for the future provision of their health care.
